Hey folks,

Hope you’re all keeping well. It’s been great to see so many new subscribers recently, so if you’re new here then hello and welcome!

I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who came out to the shows this Spring. Every gig was a new venue for us and every one of them was a cracker. It’s such a pleasure to perform with Garry, Paddy and Tom and we look forward to hopefully returning to these venues again soon (some we’ve rebooked already for 2026!…)

Summer is a little quieter on the gig front, but don’t worry! We’re making good use of this time in the studio to record the new material we’ve been trying out on you at the recent shows, as well as some songs that haven’t been aired at all yet. The reaction to the new stuff has been so positive and encouraging that I really can’t wait to record and release some new music! We’ve made a start in The Mortuary Studio but on Sunday we head down to Momentum Studios in Plymouth where the serious work will begin! I’ll keep you updated as to how we’re getting on over on the socials.

That’ll keep us busy but there are still a few gigs to look out for in the coming weeks…

This Saturday 21st June we play a Summer Solstice Special at Coldharbour Farm, Ottery St Mary. They’re not hosting their Solstice Festival this year so instead it’s just us playing a Saturday night gig out on the deck as the sun goes down. Music starts at 7pm. Entry is free but you need to book a table - give them a call on 07379 873931.

Sunday 6th July we play Ruckus Live festival at Brickfields in Plymouth. It’s a 3 day event and on the Sunday alone the lineup includes The Specials, Neville Staple, Aynsley Lister and more! Full details for this one over at https://ruckus.live/

Wednesday 13th August we’re taking a trip to Penzance to play the beautiful Acorn Theatre. I’ve had the pleasure of playing here a few times but this will be the first time bringing my full band. Tickets are ON SALE NOW at https://www.theacornpenzance.com/events/adam-sweet-band/
